At The Z Fold Case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Place the Z Fold case in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange case within 5-7 business days.
